Consciously Crafted
Every kosaगढ़ creation is the result of patience, skill, and heritage.
Handwoven by artisan communities, each piece carries the essence of tradition, the rhythm of looms, and the dignity of craftsmanship.
We believe in creating fashion that respects both people and the planet — where every thread has meaning.
Sustainability
How do you choose what materials to use?
We work exclusively with Kosa silk, a natural, forest-based fiber native to Chhattisgarh. Known for its durability, texture, and natural golden hue, Kosa is both sustainable and timeless. Every material we use is carefully selected to honour tradition while ensuring long-lasting quality.
Where are your products made?
All kosaगढ़ pieces are handwoven in Chhattisgarh by skilled artisan communities, primarily the Dewangan weavers. Each product is crafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations, making every piece unique and deeply rooted in heritage.
What are you doing to be more sustainable?
Sustainability for us begins at the source. Kosa silk is organically produced in forest ecosystems, requiring minimal industrial intervention. We follow slow, small-batch production, support fair livelihoods for artisans, and focus on creating pieces that are made to last — reducing waste and encouraging mindful consumption.
